Passwords
Device password must be provided to ensure that repairs can be completed. Without the device password, some repairs cannot be completed and quality checks cannot be done after a repair. If you choose not to provide your password to us, your device will not be covered under our 90 day Labor Warranty. If the device needs further repair, you accept that by not providing the device password you will be responsible to pay for shipping to and from the repair facility and will be required to pay the specified Labor Fee.
Returns and Replacements
JABBER JAW MOBILE LLC, DBA RepairLabs at Fix-iPhones.com selected accessories come with a limited warranty valid only for manufacturer defects and not normal wear and tear. Must present receipt for any exchanges. Offer valid for exchanges only, not cash refunds. Defective parts exchangeable for in-stock items only. Offer does not include batteries, Bluetooth devices, memory cards and other select items. Manufacturers’ warranties available on select items only. Accessories may be returned within the first 15 days after purchase with original receipt. The accessory as well as its packaging must be in its original condition for return. We are not responsible for shipping charges to and from. Customer must obtain a Return Authorization Number to return or exchange.

For your convenience we have made it possible for you to place an order with us online through our secure server.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We accept VISA, Master Card, Discover, American Express, Google Checkout, and Standard PayPal. We will not accept any other form of payment. We do not charge a surcharge on any credit card transactions. Payment must be made at the time of check out or your order will not be processed. All pricing and promotions are subject to change without notice.
Viewing Orders
You can view your order by logging in to "My Account". When placing an order for a device repair your FedEx or USPS tracking number will be delivered to the email account provided.
Updating Account Information
You may update your email address, shipping address or password at any time by visiting "My Account".
Shipping
We're proud to offer several different FedEx and USPS shipping solutions on every order. In the event that you need your order to arrive faster, we offer the following shipping options and upgrades for a fee. You must properly package your device as JABBER JAW MOBILE LLC, at Fix-iPhones.com will not be responsible for lost or damaged devices during shipping. If you choose for us to pay for the shipping to and or from our facility, we are not implying responsibility for the device as we cannot control or guarantee safe delivery. Delivery may occur via a method other than FedEx or USPS in some instances due to location or to unsure delivery in a timely manner. Any unclaimed, returned shipments, or wrong addresses provided resulting in return shipments is the sole responsibility of the owner. The shipment will only be reshipped after we receive payment for the reshipment charge. Shipping labels have to be generated manually, so often they do not arrive immediately.
Insurance
We do not offer insurance on these packages, and are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items while in the care of the shipping carrier. We recommend that you add insurance to your shipment each way to cover the amount which you feel is reasonable. We are not responsible for any damage incurred because of improper packaging by the consumer when shipping devices to our facilities. Nor are we responsible for mishandling by the shipping company. We arrange for the shipping if requested, but take no other liability or responsibility for anything further which is out of our control. If you are unsure of or uncomfortable with our shipping options and features, then you should call us at 888-755-1115 so that we may attempt to accommodate your needs. Priority guaranteed by next business day 5PM, and Economy guaranteed by the third business day at 7PM
Alaska
Priority delivery on or before the 2nd business day by noon, and 2 day guaranteed to arrive on the second business day by 7PM
Hawaii
Priority guaranteed to be delivered by the 2nd business day by noon, 2 day delivery guaranteed by 7PM on the second day.
We are proud to offer FedEx and USPS shipping on all of our products and services purchased from our website. We cover the cost of processing your order, handling and packaging the products you have ordered. ALL orders must be shipped via FedEx or USPS in a small box. We charge a flat rate to ship/return or just to simply return the products to you and/or the recipients you designate. When completing an order from our website for repair, and if you select the both way shipping option, you will receive an email with a printable label for shipping. When your product is fixed and ready to be returned, you will receive an email confirmation verifying that your order has been shipped, along with a tracking number which will allow you to track your shipment.
Regardless of how many pieces or your location, shipping for all repair orders is a flat rate. We process orders as they come in, and we work to ship all orders as quickly as possible.
Delivery options and charges
Shipping is non-refundable. Unless otherwise stated by us, all shipping options are an additional charge according to the price listed next to the option selected. The cost of the shipping will be charged and added to your order. We do not offer additional insurance. If you wish to buy additional insurance then you will have to make those arrangements.
Signature Requirement
For your security, FedEx may require a signature at time of delivery. Please select a delivery address where you can sign for your package when it arrives. If you cannot be at the delivery location during the business day, you may sign a FedEx door tag authorizing release of the package without anyone present.
Delivery to Alaska, and Hawaii, and U.S. Territories
We are proud to offer Next Business Day shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands at an additional charge.
Delivery to P.O. Boxes
In some cases orders for shipment to P.O. Boxes may take longer to be approved. Delivery may occur via a method other than FedEx or USPS, in some instances.
Weekend Deliveries
FedEx Express deliveries are not available on Saturdays or Sundays. However, we use sophisticated shipping software to find alternative methods whenever we can to ensure that you receive your package more quickly. For example, if your order is activated on a Friday afternoon, and your home address is within close proximity of our nearby distribution center, we may ship your order via FedEx Home Delivery ground shipping to allow for Saturday delivery. In all cases, you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number and real-time online order tracking. For questions or concerns regarding additional shipping methods please email us for a prompt response or call our 800 number. We will always do our best to accommodate you needs.
Holiday Deliveries
FedEx and USPS do not deliver on certain holidays such as Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Your package will be delivered on the next regular shipping day following the holiday. For more details, see the FedEx Holiday Delivery Schedule.
Service Time
We pride ourselves with having the ability to provide same or next day service. This means that often we can repair your iPhone and turn it back around to you the same day in which we receive it. Your choice of return shipping will determine how quickly you will receive your iPhone back. Restrictions may apply. Terms subject to change without notice.
Communications
When you place an order, send an e-mail to us or call our offices you are communicating with us and consent to receive communications from us. We may communicate with you by e-mail or by any contact information you supply to us. Water Damage Repair Disclosure
Water damage repair includes diagnostic and ultrasonic cleaning. We do our best to complete the repair with only cleaning and much of the time no further work is required and no additional parts are needed. If additional repairs are necessary, however, this service will have to be purchased in conjunction with the water damage repair charge. We guarantee the device will either be fully functional or functional upon the replacement of the requested damaged parts. On rare occasions the device will not be repairable, in which case you will not be charged for the service. Shipping charges if any are still due and chargeable. It may take extra days to run tests and complete multiple washings depending on the severity of the damage. We are not guaranteeing same or next day repair on water damage, as time often does not permit. Our intention is to repair the device on the same day as it was received but in some cases it is not possible. Should you decide to not purchase any further parts, once that we have tested and verified the functionality of the device, you are still required to pay for the service alone.
iPad Repair Disclosure
Due to the nature of the repair process for most iPad repairs, your repaired iPad may exhibit minor imperfections on the edge of the frame. For most repairs, the casing must be opened and in this process, there is a slight possibility of imperfections left when the iPad is reassembled. These are left generally when the back housing is already damaged and the customer has opted not to replace the previously damaged back housing. In addition, screen protectors must be removed from the iPad to complete most repairs, and RepairLabs at Fix-iPhones.com is not liable to replace a removed screen protector.

Should you decide to not purchase any further parts, once that we have tested and verified the functionality of the device, you are still required to pay for the service alone. Product may have unforeseen damage or may need additional time for repair and or diagnosis. Although we do our best to complete the repair on the same or next day, sometimes do to the circumstances we are unable to provide such a time line. We will not be held liable for loss of use or any other claim due to added time needed to make repair nor are we guaranteeing a same or next day repair in this situation.
